Oh ya, and I made that webpage for Gerald Stovall, it's at www.lifewithmeaning.net

Not a lot there, he's got some Bible studies on tape he made that he is selling. But I had fun learning CSS and making it HTML 4.0 standard.

Time for a BIIIIIIIIG update on this thing!

The tooth, or rather, lack thereof, is doing wonderful. It's not even sore any longer and it just FEELS really freaking ODD now. I'll get used to it. Also he said it'll grow bone there soon.

Fer and sarah got here yesterday! I made tomato florentine soup and bread "bowls." The bowls didn't rise enough, I think there was too MUCH yeast in the recipie, I'll try doing it more like the loaf bread I made a couple weeks ago next time. It was still really good bread though and we dipped it in the soup. It made four pretty little round loaves too. Looked like something from a.... rennasiance set for a movie or something! I'll post the soup recipie at the end of this.

Today we took fer and sarah down to New Orleans to see that, sarah's not been down here before and we always have to introduce people to that :) Sarah loved it, ti was a nice day, rainy a little which I like. Not too crazy although it's day before St. Pattrick's day. So that's not bad. I got five music ties for $20, I love the market!

Tuesday is becca's sr. recital, tomorow I'm making cupcake cheesecakes for it.

MIR COMES DOWN TUESDAY TOO!!! Nooo, not the russian space station, that came down a long time ago, the girl, christy! Yay!

Ok here's the recipie:

For the pasta I used some spinnach and ricota tortilinni, it was PERFECT for the soup, they sell it in small "four serving" bags at walmart with the other pastas, as well as various other filled tortilinni, i doubt it'd make four dinner servings of pasta and sauce but it's perfect size for the soup. Probably more like two cups though.

1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped

3 Large Cloves Of Garlic, Finely Minced

2 Stalks Of Celery, Finely Chopped

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

8 Cups Homemade Chicken Broth (Or Equivalent Quality Store Bought)

2 1/2 Cups Chopped Tomatoes (Or 1 Box Pomi Brand Chopped Tomatoes)

2 Cups Tightly Packed, Chopped Fresh Spinach, Chopped

3 Tablespoons Fresh, Chopped Basil

1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano

1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme

Salt And Pepper

1 Cup Small Pasta

Freshly Grated Parmesan Or Romano Cheese To Serve

Heat the olive oil in a heavy, large saucepan, and once it is hot, add the onions, garlic and celery. Cook, stirring continually over medium heat until the vegetables are soft. Add the dried oregano and thyme, and cook another minute. Add the chicken broth and tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer, and season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped spinach, pasta and fresh basil and stir to mix. Simmer for 12 minutes, or until the pasta is "al dente". Serve with some grated cheese on top.

Is very, VERY good!
