Things I need to do soon:

- Call the dentist and make an appointment to have this tooth pulled, before the temp filling comes out.

- Call IU and find out what I need to do about applying for spring next year.

- Get my check from CRV, since I missed the meeting AGAIN.

- Take my suit to the cleaners.

- Find my checkbook.

- Clean out my car.

- Find SOMETHING to do with the choir for easter!!!!

- Get my sheets from mike

- take pics for that extra credit assignment for photography so I can assure my A in that class.

- meet up with brad so we can work on our final scene for acting.

- find out what book I will need for acting II, and what I will need for new testament so maybe I can find them cheap online.

I am having such a great day! I ordered some plants for my aquarium, hopefuly next week they will get here, and then I will be able to start anew with my aquarium, this time planted. And I just practed guitar, I did pretty well on two of the three pieces I have to have for my jury next week, and those two are the ones I will do from memory, and they are almost there, so that is good. I really like the stuff i'm playing right now.

If I could just get untired, I have been tired for so long.... Maybe the week after next will help me a lot (we will be out of school after finals next week, really I hope to be done by wednesday, or early thursday.

Another effect of going to IHOP is that I'm now listening to Billy Joel, "She's Always a Woman" was on there. I like billy joel, eh.

Today was nice. Well, I say today was nice, but it's not even half over, it's not even noon yet. This morning was nice.

I got up, went to photography with my (thankfuly) finnished photo story, I was up untill almost 2am trying to print the darn things out, my printer was giving me heck, but I finaly got it done and Dr. Chute liked it. Of course, I do not like Dr. Chute, but that's a differant story. Today he re-iterated one of the reasons I dislike him so much - name-dropping. MY GOD the man can't go through a week without doing it at least once in a class! Usualy it's just well known photojournalists he has worked with, but today it was Jackie Chan, apparently he lived near him while on assignment in Hong Kong in the early 80s. Of course today's class, other than presenting the photo stories, was mostly about chasing rabbits, from Jackie Chan to the way our culture deals with death and burrial. (Our main question to him abou the Jackie Chan thing was that if he knew the guy so well and is a photojournalist, how come he has no photos of him? He couldn't answer that one.)

Anyway, after that class I usualy have Acting, but it is not meeting this week as the teacher and some of the students are at the KCACTF (it's a theatre fest where our play will WIN WIN WIN coz it's an original and it's GOOD) So, I have some extra time today (I'm also skipping recital class today, I have plenty of recital credits to pass) and I decided to get breakfast. Usualy I go to burger king, but I decided I would to go IHOP today.

Now, I have no problem eating at a sit-down resteraunt alone, I just do not often do it as I am usualy in something of a hurry, and I would rather spend my free time with friends. I go to coffeeshops alone, but just not sit-down resteraunts, but I think that will change. I had such an enjoyable meal today, it was relaxing and tastey. I was able to sit there and observe everyone, eat my meal slowly, and just be quiet. Usualy if I'm eating alone it's a meal that gets consumed in about 10 minutes, unless I'm at home, and then it's just more of a routine thing than an enjoyment thing. I think I'm going to try to go to a resteraunt (real resteraunt, not fast food) at least once a month by myself, it was very relaxing.

It's a rainy and cool day, not pouring down rain, just misty and drizzly with an occasional shower. Overcast, damp, chilly (45 degrees right now) which is just the kind of day I like. So today is turning out to be quite good. Now I will look online for aquarium plants, practice guitar (which I did not have a chance to do last night like I had wanted to thanks to my evil printer) and then go to my voice lesson, work at the computer lab, and my guitar lesson. Tonight I will go to a recital at first baptist that my voice teacher is doing with our piano prof here at WCC and that will be enjoyable. Today will be good. Restful. Nice. Tomorow I have nothing all day, that will be good and nice too!

Spent the latter half of the week sick. From about 5:30pm on wednesday when I had a mandarin chicken salad from wendy's for dinner untill about midnight on friday/saturday, when I had a small bowl of clam chowder, I did not have anything to eat save jello (strawberry) I slept an aweful lot, but today I feel better.

Woke up at 10:30, intending to wake up at 11:30, but after as much sleep as I have had the last three days I couldn't sleep anymore. My parents were coming at 1, so I got a shower and got online. I didn't bother cleaning my room because it would have taken way too much and I was still unsure as to how well I really was. Friday I tricked myself into thinking I was well when I wasn't really.

Anyway, they got here and we hung out for a bit. Mom commented on my spending "five dollars here and five dollars there" and then proceded to give me a knife she bought from a demonstration at walmart, she bought one for $20 and got three free (I.E. $5 each) and then she gave me a jar out of a set of lidded jars (to keep stuff like flour in) that had cost $5, haha, wonder where I get that from mom?

After a bit we decided to go for lunch, I ate the first real meal since wednesday, about 2/3 of a Memphian (roast beef, turkey, and ham with provalone cheese) and a cup of potato soup from mcalisters. Then we went to get becca's and my parent's cell phones traded in and get a clip for mine. Chris came with us. Anyway, thats really rather unimportant, but after we got back and mom and dad and the twins had left, chris and I went to see "Out by the Rabbit Cage" the show WCCs theatre did in the fall and is taking to KCACTF this coming week. Excellent preformance again, and excellent show and production work of course. I foresee it winning many awards.

Afterwards we decided to get some dinner, called drew and steph and they were just getting a table at Chesterfield's, which just re-opened, so we joined them. It took about an hour to get our food, the waiter was very nice, and the manager came out and told us we would get our dinner for free because of the wait. I was very pleased as I had just ordered a $19 plate of seafood :) It was deliscious. Free food is so much better than food one pays for! Well, we decided to order dessert, which we figured would not be included in the free, and it wasn;t. We got our desserts, I had ordered a large piece of very rich looking chocolate cake, but they didn't have any more so I got the bananas foster like steph had, and it was wonderful except undercooked on the sauce so steph and I were both a little bit buzzed on rum... Well, they take a long time to get our checks to us, and then we give them our payments and they take a long time processing it. Then our waiter comes over and says the computer is down and so they can't process our payments and to enjoy the desserts on them.

So I got a $19 entre and a $5 dessert for FREE. Sure, it took 2 hours, but we had a great time in the meantime! Whoever said there's no such thing as a free meal??

Anyway, now I have done my laundry, even the sheets, and turned my mattress, and even cleaned up my room some. I am ready to sleep and go to church tomorow!

It's nice to be well again, and espically to be able to eat! I wouldnt have gotten a free meal like that otherwise!!!
