Long time no update. I like to go a week or two between posts to this! I wonder if anyone DOES read this on a regular basis? Maybe if I posted regularly they would, eh? E-mail me if you read this: nick@platypi007.net mainly just because I never get e-mail so it would make me happy.

Yesterday I finally got around to cleaning the dead plant matter out of my tank, there were no plants left worth salvaging so I will just wait a while (read: untill I have a job) to get more. It looks so empty without them though... Plants are nice. But I should have cleaned the tank a week before I went out of town for three weeks so after four weeks the algee killed off the plants. The fish were happy though; lots to eat! But now it is clean. Catching six fish, three of which are babies, with plants in the tank is not easy. It's not easy withOUT plants in the tank even! BUT I GOT THEM!!! MUWAHA!

Now that is clean. The rest of around here isn't though.

So I've decided I'm going to check out USC and UNC (North and south carolina) and soon. I think I'll go to one of them in fall of next year. So I need to get that figured out by the end of this year. I also need to retake the GRE and get a better score! September should be good, maybe late august. I need to visit the schools too in the next month or so. I'll also hang with becca.

So if I go there I will move wherver I decide to go in a few months and get settled. If I go USC I might live in augusta with becca. I also need to find a job.

In a completly unrelated note: I bought a body pillow and it's better than sleeping with a regular pillow. Glad I bought it, it's comfy. But it's big too. But thats no problem.

Another unrelated note: One key lime pie does NOT use a cup of key lime juice. It uses a third or half of a cup, regardless of what the bottle says. Now I need more key lime juice.

Another unrelated note though sort of related to the above unrelated note because it involves cooking: I may be unveiling cooking.platypi007.net in the future. It may just be a recipie page, it may be more. who knows. It may never happen. But it probably will. Keep looking for it!
