Good sandwich...
I'd almost forgotten how good this sandwich I started making back in the late fall is...

You will need:

* 5-grail italian bread from Publix bakery (5 grails. Yes. It is really hard to come by but it is wonderful. Ok, so it should be "GRAIN" but how could I not leave "grail"?)

* Londonport roast beef (Umm.. Boar's head? I get it from the Publix deli, sliced thin)

* Swiss cheese (again, I get mine at Publix deli)

* Mustard (deli style) and mayo

* Lettuce (Romaine, none of that iceburg stuff! And a key point here is to remove the evil ribs and use only crisp lettuce and to use a lot of it. You want a bed of lettuce not a leaf of lettuce you freaks.)

* Tomato

Slice bread to your preference and toast.

Place swiss cheese on a few pieces of the roast beef and (this is the key part) microwave for 20 seconds. This makes the roast beef nice and juicy and the cheese nice and melty.

Assemble as you would any other sandwich.

There you have it.

Also I now own an 8 gig MP3 player that I picked up at Circuit City for well over $100 off the regular price because it was open. It was marked down and I talked them down further since the USB cable was missing. I got it for $70 with a USB cable. Woo!

New York State of Mind
In two days I leave with the USC Concert Choir to tour through North Carolina, Virginia, and up to New York, New York. We'll be singing in three churches along the way and Languardia highschool while in New York. Thursday night I'll be seeing Die Ägyptische Helena at the Metropolitain Opera. (!!!! EXCITEMENT!!!) Other than that I have no idea what I'll be doing Wednesday afternoon and the rest of Thursday. Exploring NYNY, I suppose! Looking for cheap food, good coffee, and other fun stuffs to do cheap is what I will be doing, eh.

Thursday we depart at midnight and travel all the way back to USC. I'll be so tired after that, not sure if I'll drive back the rest of the way or get a room in Columbia for the night. I can't sleep in vehicles no matter what...

Now if only I had an IPod or somesuch to listen to musics on while we travel. It would be so nice to not drag the giant book-o-CDs with me.

I'll be offline for the week, I'm not going to lug my laptop up to NYNY, it weighs too much and I would hate to break it. Call me if you want to talk, though!
