I went to walmart after church today before going home and got the Pioneer DEH=P4600MP and then installed it (before I ate lunch).

It works! It's nice. Only complaint I have is that the system beep when you push buttons can't be turned off, it could on my old one. But it works. The radio works. the CD player works (It died on my old one totally yesterday). And the display is much easier to see than the old one. And... Ummmm.... It's prettier than the old one. I need to get better connectors for the wires, I hate butt connectors they're so hard to get them to stay tight... So at the moment I only have a tweeter on the front right, the main speaker is not hooked up. I also need to replace the back speakers soon.

I can get XM now, if I so decide to. If I end up commuting to and from Columbia for school I'll probably do it since I'll be spending so much time on the road and XM rocks my pants off.

I'm such a good cook! Humble, too!

Lunch: Hamburger topped with fetta cheese, saurkraut, corned beef, and swiss cheese on a toasted bun with some poppy seed dressing and honey mustard. It was much yumm.

Dinner (late): Penne with a marsalla wine marinara sauce and sauteed mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers, a dash of cayanne powder and some diced sundried tomatoes topped with romano and parmasean cheese. Mmm good.
