i also threw out chris' month old soup.

Well, I cleaned the apartment, found out what the smell in the fridge was: old liquified celery in the crisper. the crisper is an evil thing, veggies go in there and don't come out for months because we forget about them. Also with two people buying things we never know how old stuff is. Does anyone have this problem? Has anyone gotten around it? If so then please, post an answer to my guestbook or e-mail me about it!

I destroyed a pair of headphones while vacuuming, the cord got wrapped around the beater bar and the insulation was stripped from the wires and then the wires were ripped. Ah well.....

Can't sleep... Blah I hate when I get this way.
I practiced guitar for a bit, I think I like having fingernails to play it with instead of just fingers. So I'm starting to get that guitarist look now, short finger nails on the left and long on the right. Hah

I need to cut the left though, can't find my cutters! They're on this desk... Somewhere... I think... Maybe on the floor, or the dresser. All three are frightening ideas right now.

My guestbook took a while to get up. I got the script pre-written but I had to fix the template for it, because the provided one was ugly. Not too hard to do really, the script includes text files for the header, footer, and body of the page and for the "missing info" page (also preview and e-mail responder if you have those turned on, I do not) and it's all in html, except the guestbook variables.

But I wanted to do something differant, have it open in a sepperate, menu-less window (javascript does this) with three frames, top, mid, and bottom. Well, I had some problems with my first creation of it not working so I reinstalled it clean and started replacing files one by one with the altered ones and then it worked, I must have just had one filename wrong or something. I went a differant rout desiging this page (the guestbook) from anything I've done before, I created a graphic the size of the window I wanted and then working in photoshop I made it look how I wanted it to, then I translated my vision into HTML. Fun, eh?

ah! Found my clippers, now my left hand has short nails again! :)

Well, now I'm gunna try to sleep more.

Ok, I have a guestbook, sign it or I will cry!

got the transfer cable for my camera back today, obviously since i have posted those pics from it :)

So, interesting day, but first a thing from last night!

As I was going to bed I was thinking about how hot it was in here. Now, I could just turn down the heater, but that would freeze out my roomie, my room seems to stay a bit warmer than the rest of the apartment, dunno why. So I opened the window a crack and was laying there wishing I had a better fan. Then I was thinking, you know, there's not ANY air coming at me off that fan and there ought to be. So I got up to look at it and it's only blowing air out the SIDES, because it's SO CAKED WITH DUST THAT IT CANT GO ANYWHERE ELSE NOR CAN IT SUCK MUCH IN! So I take it apart to clean it, at 1am :) Now it works great, I slept wonderfuly with a nice breeze going over me and a cool air coming in from the outside, mmmmmmmm so nice!

Today I shaved.

My beard off, only the mustach is left!

And for referance as to what I USED to look like:

This shaving was for stage makeup, not a whole lot you can do with a full face of hair! So I did this today:

I scared myself.

On missions

So, what is going on in my life these days? Not sure.

Here's the low down:

Today a missionary came to my church and spoke. She serves in china short term, teaching english as a second language. While she was speaking I felt, as I have a number of times before listening to missionaries speak and talking to my missionary friends, that I might be called to missions. But this time it was differant. Before I have felt like I might be called to missions but never that I might be called to missions in that particular country. This time I felt I might be called to missions in China.

Afterwards she mentioned to me that they would like to have a music person there, which is odd because I didn't mention to her how I felt. So... perhaps that was You, God?

I did pray in the service for guidance from Him.

Scarey.

Anyway, any of you missionary type people, please get in touch with me, I might be needing someone to talk to about stuff, eh! (Fer, that means you espically)

God is good. I think this week will be better than last, already it has started off good. And my choir is quite ready for our Christmas program next sunday :)
