Odd... Yesterday my neck and shoulder were hurting like I'd been lifting something heavy, now my forearms are hurting like I have been gripping something tightly for an extended period of time... I havn't done anything that should warrent such pain recently, but now it's tough to do things like release my parking break and open doorknobs... The doorknob thing isn't so bad, but the releasing the parking break thing hurts an aweful lot. Hopefuly tomorrow it will have cleared up, whatever it is.

Worked another double shift today, it's not that bad as long as it's two short shifts seperated by a few hours. Today I worked 6-11 and then I came back from 4 till 7. After which I went to FBC Augusta for the Augusta Choral Society summer reading of Vivaldi's Gloria and Fauré's Requiem. Both are wonderful works of music and the reading was fun. It did, however, prove to me that I have regressed MUCH in the past year. It's been over a year now since I sang Elijah... and it shows. I'm looking forward very much to the next year.
In other news, I have a new friend. I swung by Bob's Tropical Fish on the way home from work this morning and picked up a red beta with blue tips on his fins. He's living in the gallon aquarium I used to use as a quarentine tank for new or sick fishes. He seems pretty happy thus far.

And here I thought I had my life all figured out, at least for the next couple of years...
I had decided for sure that I was going to get my master of choral conducting and not go the library/musicology rout, now after talking to someone about library stuff I find myself once again, not sure (as if I was ever 100% sure...). Ah well... Maybe one day I will know what I want to be when I grow up.
The assult on our peremiter continues. Every day we find more dead, but peremiter defenses hold strong. The roaches will not make it into our domain.

So, a summer roadtrip is begining to take form for my sister and me, at the end of July we hope. I need this. It's been like two years since I've done one and my travel bone is becoming restless. I must haves the traveling.
Becca and I are thinking, go see Fer (must do this) and visit the Billy too, and possible to the OK thing and see the 007 family and whoever else wants to see us there.
Yeah, roadtrip plans are great! The fun thing is we both today decided we need to see the OK folks, and when I said it to becca she was like, "yeah, I was thinking that myself." I love when you operate on the same brain frequency as someone.
Just when I think I am content with my singleness I get that lonely why havn't I got a girl feeling. Blast it all.
