The Christmas programme at Carey tonight was great. It was the best one since my freshman year. They had a good variety and everything was done quite well. The guitars played, the brass ensemble, bells, choir, carpenter's wood, chamber ensemble, and they had a jazz group (Forbat on piano, keever on drums, cameron on sax, and loncar on bass with some of the girls singing) that did a great job.

The choir sang one of Dr Winters' songs and the Vaughn Williams Fantasia on Christmas Carols and a couple of other songs. Bells played an arrangement of Carol of the Bells that Cameron wrote and played with the choir and brass on a very loud rendition of O Come, Let Us Adore Him with Mrs. Vail on the organ with all the stops out and the audience singing as well. It was very loud and great. It was fun playing bells again.
