I would just like to take a moment to state three facts:
1) Alton Brown rocks
2) So does Iron Chef
3) Mario Batali, as well
What do you get when you mix all three? Iron Chef America. Yes, my friends, tonight is the first episode of Iron Chef America. Alton Brown is the commentator, Mario is one of the Iron Chefs.
This promises to be fun.
