The trip to Mississippi was great! Though, hardly a restful vacation! :D

I went to work Thursday morning at 6am, and I worked until 2:30pm. From there I left to get my sister at her place of residence, gas up the car, and hit the road. I was exausted and when we stoped for dinner west of Atlanta I let her drive and I actually managed to get about an hours sleep in the car!! This is highly unusual for me. I did, however, drive from Tuscaloosa on. We got in around 9:30 at my parents' house.

Friday I woke late, 11:30, and had lunch with the family. Then Becca and I departed for the Carey of William somewhere around 1. We saw Shar and Dr. Winters, and whoever popped into the office, we saw Daniel (who was hiding from the faculty because he hadn't turned in his portfolio), and then we went looking to see who else we could find in the music building, and found Katie Roberts in her mother's office, skipping school. She informed us she was the cow for Into the Woods, and proceded to be Katie Roberts, a very unique and cute girl who is older than she should be (she should be 8, the age she was when I met her, of course).

We left campus after Becca dropped her stuff off at Steph's place, and we got in touch with Mr. Dodd, and met him at his place of employment (Books a Thousand) and chatted with him and a couple of fellow employees there for a bit, and saw Sam Brealand. Fun stuff. Ate dinner, had coffee with Mr. Dodd and then went to see the show.

GREAT production, most wonderful. Yes. Long, and I can't imagine how exausted everyone must have been. Another of those kids who should still be 8: Rhianna.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings for a late snack with Mr. Springstead, Mr. Dodd, Mr. Lovely, Mr. Dale, Miss Crumbley, Miss Crystal, and my sister. Had fun there until 2am when they chased us off. Slept at the Lovely one's apartment.

The next day was spent with Becca and Haley, we went to Julie's place and saw her and her baby and her dog and her boy, and Mike Springstead. Good times were had by all. Then we departed for Picayune and the Skot's house, where we hung out with the Skot, the Carey, and the Jason (we: Becca, me, Haley) for a good long while. And fun was had by all. Another kid who should still be 8: Jiffer.

Stayed at the Lovely one's apartment again Saturday night and Sunday went to Westminster Pres with becca, sang in the choir, had lunch with the Roberts family at Mcalisters. Mmmm good food.

Sunday night was spent with our family, monday we drove home.

Today I worked the long shift, 6am till 1:30 (new long shift, not as long as the old long shift) and then I gardened. Actually I messed with watering systems, put a soak hose in my garden and drip system on the potted plants. I'll probably still just use a hose most of the time, but whenever grandma waters her lawn they'll get watered too.

I like playing in the dirt.
