Ah, I found a few posts in the firefox forums about the problem I was having. Didn't see any official word on the matter, though a few said to update your video drivers and crap. However one person did give useful info: Close firefox and open it -- only making it fullscreen on the monitor you want it to live on.
Sure enough, it fixes the problem. Odd.
